In April 2005, Lexthylcom @ Netcafe now known as Lexthel Vision  started as a simple internet cafe located in Pigcale, Legazpi City. In 2006, due to typhoons and other force majore that severely hit Bicol Region, Albay, in particular, was forced to and was able to transfer at Rawis, Legazpi City. From there, a new internet cafe with a mission was given birth, and eventtually earned its new name, the Lexthel Vision Weblink.

     A number of big trials hit the organization like in September 2006, Typhoon Milenyo and was followed by a more devastating Reming in November, in the same year, which brought a hardpressed financial situation to Albayanos. Electricity was knocked down and resumed more than three months after typhoon Reming. Internet cafe operation was further saddened when, in year 2007, after the typhoons Milenyo and Reming, a number of businesses with the same line of service proliferated. This almost brought the financial operation of the organization down to ground 0. Lexthel Vision was able to weather and surpass majority of those.It did not even bring disappointments to Lexthel Vision to stop its mission instead dream for a more efficient services. Services unceasingly grow.

     To date, services includes photocopying, rush i.d., lamination, digital t-shirt printing, and peso thesis laser printing. Very recently this year 2011 refreshment center has also been added, the Bamboo Ice Scramble.

     Here in Lexthel Vision, we always put costumers in the heart of our services. Costumers are our King and Queen. We never stop dreaming of an efficient, effective ,quality service yet pricing is so reasonable fo our costumer satisfaction.

     This humble beginning is dedicated to Our Almighty GOD who NEVER CEASES in giving us guidance.
